Iron and steel products are often in contact with the air, due to the oxygen and water in the atmosphere and may have the role of SO2, CO2, H2S, etc., it is prone to corrosion, resulting in reduced performance or even damage of steel products. Therefore, it is necessary to eliminate the adverse factors affecting the quality of the coating in the pre-coating treatment.
The quality of steel coating pretreatment has a great influence on the quality of the coating, which is mainly reflected in the following:
1. Enhance the adhesion (binding force) of the coating to the steel surface.
2. Improve the anti-corrosion performance (anti-rust) of the coating on steel.
3. Improve the leveling and gloss of the coating.
4. Reduce coating blistering, pinholes, sand spots and other appearance defects.
