◆ M-3502 silane ceramic agent has very good anti-rust performance, ceramic bare film storage 8-10 days does not rust, is 2-3 times the ordinary ceramic anti-rust ability.
◆ Because of its good anti-rust performance, M-3502 silane ceramic agent can be used for immersion treatment.
◆ Because of its good anti-rust performance, M-3502 silane ceramic has good adaptability to carbon gray board.
◆ Can handle steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum alloy material at the same time.
◆ M-3502 silane ceramifying agent is upgraded on the basis of ordinary ceramifying agent. Through compound silane coupling agent, rare earth and silica sol, the ceramifying film is more uniform and compact.
◆ After coating, the coating is resistant to 5% neutral salt spray for up to 1000 hours (powder coating).
It has good compatibility with various coatings, and the coating adhesion and impact resistance are better than the phosphating process.
