Product Features
◆ The product does not contain hexavalent chromium and complies with RoHS requirements. It is used to replace traditional hexavalent chromium passivation.
The passivation film formed has very good corrosion resistance, and the passivation film can be used for direct anti-corrosion of aluminum alloy.
At the same time, the passivation film has a good binding force with various coatings, which can be used as the bottom layer of coating to improve the coating binding force.
◆ The appearance of the passivation film will have a certain color, and the color will be different due to different alloy compositions.
◆ The corrosion resistance of the conversion film is obviously better than that of the chromium-free passivation film, and the salt spray test of the bare film is more than 5 times that of the chromium-free passivation film.

Coating adhesion test level 0;
Impact resistance test of coating: 50kg · cm;
