Product Features
◆ M-6612 aluminum chromating agent is hexavalent chromium passivation.
The conversion film formed by M-6612 aluminum chromate is colorless and transparent (cast aluminum may have color differences on the rough surface due to different alloy compositions).
The conversion film formed by M-6612 aluminum chromate has high corrosion resistance, and the bare film is in neutral salt spray for 96 hours. It can be used for direct corrosion protection of aluminum and its alloys.
◆ M-6612 aluminum chromating agent can be used for passivation of iron and aluminum products, and has good antirust effect on steel materials.
The conversion film formed by the M-6612 of aluminum chromate can also be used as a coating with a good binding force between the bottom layer and the coating.
◆ Suitable temperature for treatment: normal temperature -45 ℃, the conversion film formed by proper heating will be more compact, and the conversion film thickness can be increased at the same time, thereby increasing the corrosion resistance of the conversion film.
