Product Features
◆ The product is completely chromium-free and meets the requirements of environmental protection discharge. The wastewater can meet the discharge standard only by simple neutralization and precipitation treatment.
◆ The color of the conversion film will change due to material differences. The conversion film formed by aluminum profiles and aluminum materials is colorless and transparent, and the conversion film formed by cast aluminum materials will be yellow to blue-purple.
The conversion film and coating (paint, powder, electrophoresis) has excellent binding force.
◆ The conversion film has good corrosion resistance, and the aluminum material can be prevented from regenerating corrosion spots (white spots or moldy) after passivation treatment.
The conversion film combined with the coating can improve the salt spray resistance and boiling resistance of the coating.
