Product Features
◆ Special passivation agent developed for the unique chemical characteristics of zinc alloy such as loose and easy oxidation.
◆ M-106 zinc alloy passivator does not contain chromium and phosphorus, which meets the requirements of environmental protection treatment process and effectively replaces the traditional chromium-containing passivation treatment.
◆ M-106 zinc alloy passivation agent to form the conversion film and subsequent paint or spray powder coating has excellent binding force.
After M-106 zinc alloy passivation treatment, the original chemical activity of the zinc alloy surface is changed, and the conversion film has good corrosion resistance, so as to improve the salt spray resistance (I. e. corrosion resistance) of the subsequent paint and powder coating.
◆ Normal temperature treatment, easy process control, only need to control the PH value in the production process to meet the process quality requirements.
After M-106 zinc alloy passivation after powder spraying treatment, coating performance is as follows:
Adhesion 100-grid test: acceptable;
Coating neutral salt spray test for 500 hours.
Suitable for soaking or spray treatment process.
