Passivation treatment agent.
◆ M-206 magnesium alloy passivator does not contain chromium, which meets the requirements of environmental protection treatment process.
◆ M-206 magnesium alloy passivation film has good corrosion resistance and can be used for direct corrosion of magnesium alloy or passivation treatment before coating.
◆ Excellent adhesion between the conversion film and the subsequent paint or powder coating.
◆ Corrosion resistance of M-206 magnesium alloy passivation film:
Neutral salt spray test for 24 hours.
◆ After M-206 magnesium alloy passivation film coating, the coating performance is as follows:
Adhesion 100-grid test: acceptable;
Boiling test for 2 hours: acceptable;
Neutral salt spray test for 720 hours.
